We are seeking a top-tier Program Manager (PMO) who is passionate about fundamentally changing how people find and buy homes. We believe in autonomy and moving fast, so self-motivation and the energy to blaze trails is a must-have for this role. In this role, you will:
Structure, coordinate and shepherd quarterly and yearly roadmap planning across multiple teams within the Integrated Transaction Experience (ITX) organization, and across stakeholder business units and teams within Zillow Group.
Define, own and evangelize the tools and processes we will use for roadmap planning and cross-functional initiative planning and tracking, creating artifacts that are easy to maintain, and build upon
Build shared visibility across key business units and teams within Zillow Group for ITX-driven initiatives.
Create and own a process to identify and track dependencies across ITX teams and stakeholder business units and teams, and ensure these are fed into their corresponding planning processes.
Create and ensure adoption of a standardized framework for identifying, tracking, reporting on and remediating risks to execution.
Iterate with a data-informed approach and input from product and business stakeholders to ensure we are using agile, appropriately-weighted processes to achieve our business objectives and results.
Collaborate with individual project managers to ensure consistency in our approach to planning and creating visibility on progress.
Be an arbiter in difficult trade-off conversations, and ensure teams have the right framework to have these conversations and make decisions.
