Principal Systems Engineer-Channel Sales at Infinera Corporation


    Bachelor's or Master 's degree in Telecommunication, Computer Science or Computer Engineering
    Strong background in Data and Optical networking (i.e. Switch, Router, MSPP and DWDM/ROADM) experience is mandatory required
    Minimum 5-year work experience in Optical networking product manufacturer or telecom service provider
    Data and Optical networking service experience will be an advantage
    Have experience to work in channel sales business area will be benefit
    Fluency in speaking, reading, writing in English

Job description

    Work as pre-sale technical support for business in APAC, focusing on channel sales business
    Assist in achieving sales objectives and target within Data and Optical networking product range
    Provide network design consultant for Data and Optical transport networks Analyze customer network, identify customer requirements, support customer solution concept and company strategy
    Promote customer appropriate products and solutions
    Product presentation to internal and external customer
    Analyze, prepare and assist on proposal offer to the customer
    Marketing: increase market awareness on both company and products e.g. presentations/seminars for customers, promotions, advertising)
    Initiate and coordinate with 3rd party partner and Headquarter to get solution
    Solution assessment
    Support sales and project team to conclude order
    Support sales force/ project team as a technical expert
