Customer Success Program Admin at Varonis Systems

As a Customer Success Program Admin, you will coordinate all functions in the organizations and make sure they are performing their duties to ensure the customer is realizing the value from the product. Monitoring will start once a PO is received followed by validating that all products were installed. Responsibilities include making sure that our customers are getting through the journey of value process, and that we have periodical touchpoints with each customer, with the right level of people at each customer’s organization. With this comes extensive project management skills and familiarity with driving internal team members. Your projects typically run three to nine months in length. There are structured onboarding plans, monitoring processes and follow up processes, which will be accompanied with constant communication with the entire project team. This is not a customer facing position.

 

Responsibilities

  • Inspection of new deals based on pre-defined process and
  • Assistance in creating new inspection processes as well as improving the current processes
  • Communicating and alerting on any issue that comes up during the deal inspection
  • Working with internal owners in the organization to build processes that allow them to monitor their own activities
  • Creating presentations of areas of risk, ongoing follow up and on track projects
  • Prioritizing project based on timelines, deal size, territory and level of engagement
  • Working with the sales teams to inspect follow through of ongoing projects and anecdotal projects
  • Assisting in data entry into salesforce
  • Provide Reporting and Dashboards using salesforce to demonstrate progress and lack of progress
  • Collaborating with other departments including marketing, sales, sales operations, and support to ensure the customer is getting to full usage and value

 

 

Requirements

  • Previous experience with Customer success operations, project management, problem-solving, business planning and analytical skills
  • Ability to demonstrate excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Multitasking skills
  • Self-starter
  • Experience working in a fast-paced hyper growth company.
  • Sales experience Advantage
  • CRM systems - Advantage
