Zillow is seeking a Vice President of Field Operations to lead our market offices and the field operations teams for Zillow Offers. This role will manage Regional Directors whose market teams directly manage home evaluations, scoping, renovations, deliveries and general physical asset management of homes; all while delivering excellent customer service and operational excellence. The position will oversee all business processes related to the field organization including daily operations, cross-functional sponsorship, people leadership and development, talent recruitment, and operational performance.
Own overall national performance and financial responsibilities of renovations, maintenance and physical asset management of our homes, including key performance indicators related to quality, timeliness, financial performance, employee engagement and customer satisfaction.
Lead multiple regionalized teams who are directly involved with the renovation and asset management of homes and have general oversight of overall market performance including acquisitions, resales, and market level profitability.
Collaborate closely with cross-functional leadership representing different aspects of the business.

You are a very effective leader who has experience managing multiple locations nationwide and large people organizations of 500+.
You have experience with new market launches or expansions and scaling businesses for growth.
You have an extensive record of overseeing operational execution while delivering excellent customer service.
You are a phenomenal communicator and are able to lead by influence and build consensus across all disciplines and levels.
You are passionate about meeting the needs of customers.
Required travel approximately 50-60%.
