The Premier Agent product provides outstanding advertising solutions and business consultation for real estate agents and teams. The team is specialized by geographical territories to streamline efficiency and expertise across our marketplace, armed with creative technological solutions, strategic data, as well as excellent training and development to amplify the growth of our clients. Our Salesforce team serves them and their goals, helping them to quantitatively drive engagement with customers maximizing and adopting the platform to support their needs.

About the role

Zillow is looking for a hardworking, strategic, and data-driven Principal Salesforce Product Manager to own the creation and execution of a roadmap for a critically important team of ours. We want a specialist who can take our internal partners’ problems and goals and provide them with solutions, not someone who is told what to build and blindly follows orders! This role is highly visible within the Premier Agent organization, and we can’t achieve our lofty ambitions for revolutionizing real estate without it. The responsibilities include defining a strategy against a vision, planning a product roadmap, and ultimately seeing through the execution and successful launch of many incredibly important initiatives for us.

Who you are

  • Experience with Salesforce: Our PM for this role will have worked in or against Salesforce. Technical experience in Salesforce isn’t important, but an understanding of its capabilities and limitations is.
  • Analytical attitude: Data, not opinions, speak volume and carry the room on our teams.
  • Excellent communicator: Yes, every good role at every company says this, but it’s true for us as well. We expect our PM to carry a candid dialog with our senior leaders and executives about the problems they're facing and propose strong solutions to meet the needs.
  • Creative visionary: We need someone who encouraged individual who can carefully sift out imaginative solutions to problems even when it seems like the possibilities are endless.
  • Operationally excellent: We think big and move fast, and we need to make sure we’re prizing stability along the way. It’s unacceptable for us to have a bug when buying someone’s home, and something that errors 0.1% of the time to our sites visitors will affect 150k users at our scale.
  • Growth mentality: Our company is a collection of curious learners who believe our capabilities aren’t fixed and that we can grow, and we want to hire those who feel that same way.
