 Team mission:

  • Build a highly customizable and extensible data rendering platform. Modularized data dashboarding capabilities that allow building interactive applications that leverage AI, ML, and ad-hoc query capabilities uniquely available in Thoughtspot.

Your mission:

  • Define and drive Quality in the SDLC through bringing best in breed technologies in building tools, test frameworks, and processes to improve overall product quality
  • Deliver test plans through active involvement in design and architecture discussions for all the new features along with developers and PM
  • Define and defend exit criteria for feature/component releases
  • Define and implement measurable quality standards with tools and processes for ThoughtSpot application along the lines of full-stack product performance, availability, user experience and functionality
  • Mentor other team members and enable team growth 

You know you are the right person if you have:

  • Passionate about the quality of consumer scale  products . You have been doing this for 8+ years and are still wide-eyed about the possibilities
  • BS/MS Degree in Computer Science or related field
  • Experience with framework development and automated testing of web applications  or backend distributed systems
  • Coding experience in Java/Python/C++/Go/Javascript or any other OO language is must
  • Excellent communication, collaboration, reporting, analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Obsessed with customer experience and uncompromising engineering standards.  Have mentored and built a strong culture of quality in your teams.
  • Have worked with diverse, cross-functional teams of designers, UX researchers, engineers, product managers in a fast, collaborative process.
  • Actively worked on mentoring and growing people in your team to be more effective at their work and grow as engineers by providing technical leadership.
