Sr. Administrative Assistant at Infinera Corporation

Facilities Management
• Day to day responsibility for the office.
• Act as point of contact for Managing Agents, security, etc
• Day to Day Health and Safety responsibilities.
• Liaison for office refurbishments/upgrades
• Maintenance of office equipment


HR Support
• First point of contact for all HR issues
• Maintenance of HR records for employees
• Management of local Recruitment process. 
• Preparation of offer letters and contracts
• Coordination of new hire requirements and day one introduction. 
• Administration support for Human Resources Manager
• Keep BEE records updated 


Customer Events
• Arrange/update marketing material for display in the office
• Support sales team in customer events
• Organise, co-ordinate, and occasionally attend customer events
• Assist Infinera’ s Marketing Department with larger events as required


Financial support
• Get invoices signed off and prepared for Accounting Services Company 
• Financial Management – provide assistance with and monitored the different budgets
• Primary Interface to banks for any payment & accounts issues
