Quantcast seeking a driven Sales Strategy and Operations Manager to join a high-impact team that delivers strategic analysis and operational excellence to our executive leadership and commercial teams. The ideal candidate has deep knowledge of SaaS businesses, is a natural with data analysis, and has experience in driving key objectives and turning insights into actions. This person excels at balancing strategy and execution and enjoys working cross-functionally.As an analytical and inventive problem solver, you will use data and qualitative information to help the commercial team optimize our workflows and operations for new and existing product offerings.. You have an analytical background and can analyze patterns in sales activity to advise commercial strategy. You will help build our go-to-market strategy and work along with corresponding workstreams (training, product marketing, product management) to drive sales. You will be working highly cross-functionally with our Sales, Finance, Data Analytics and Enterprise Applications teams to drive entirely new initiatives and make a large impact on our global business.Responsibilities Build and supervise key SaaS metrics/KPIs and use the relevant metrics to drive modeling and analysis. Run projects with stakeholders to make decisions on topics including: forecasting, go-to-market strategy, growth/churn strategy, territory optimization, process improvement, SPIF targets and small/medium scope sales experiments Assist in reporting and operationalizing key sales and bookings performance metrics, reporting tools and dashboards to help drive insights and action Conduct detailed analytical modeling, including summarizing large amounts of data to discover trends and projections. Coordinate with HR / Legal / Recruiting to improve process, gaps in data or communication Requirements 5+ years experience in Sales Enablement and/or Strategy with a leading strategy firm Excellent Excel, SQL, Tableau, Python or R skills required, Salesforce a plus Phenomenal problem solving and analytic skills and the able to communicate well with senior management Outstanding interpersonal and influence skills. Experience driving cross-functional projects end-to-end Ability to develop new insights and find creative solutions Occasional travel may be required (up to 10%)
