Product Marketing Manager, Dynamic Ads at Facebook

Facebook seeks a product strategist and marketer who is knowledgeable and passionate about digital advertising, e-commerce, and launching products that help people discover products they love and businesses drive sales. This role will drive the next set of solutions for some of Facebooks largest and most high-performing ad products and focus on identifying key market needs and setting the strategies that unlock those opportunities. The ideal candidate will have experience with and strong opinions on e- commerce, with a deep understanding of industry competitive landscape, trends, and business models. Her/she must exhibit excellent problem solving, analytical, communication, and product positioning skills and thrive in ambiguous environments. She or he must excel as a leader of cross-functional teams and have a track record of growing advertising or other digital businesses. This position requires a close partnership with Product, Engineering and Sales leadership and a track record of developing product strategy, executing global launches, and driving impact across teams. This is a full-time position based at Facebook headquarters in Menlo Park or San Francisco.

Product Marketing Manager, Dynamic Ads Responsibilities
  • Lead market assessment, quantitative analysis, qualitative feedback, and represent the market internally with Product Management and Engineering
  • Identify significant long-term opportunities based on research, analysis and a strategic view of the direction of the market
  • Partner with Product Managers, Designers, and Engineers to plan and execute roadmap projects
  • Plan and lead cross-functional efforts to drive successful product alpha and beta programs and launches for businesses, globally
  • Demonstrate a strong understanding of the broader Facebook ecosystem and competitive landscape to develop strategic product feedback and positioning
  • Define and manage comprehensive go-to-market strategy and plan including positioning, policy, launch strategy, PR. Partner effectively with Product Management and outbound marketing to lead world-class product marketing communications for new business products
  • Communicate the value proposition of new products to all go-to-market teams and ensure that effective sales support materials and packages are created
  • Drive product adoption and usage rates by supporting market facing programs and effective product launch support
Minimum Qualifications
  • 8+ years professional experience working in eCommerce, or Digital Marketing
  • Quantitative analytical experience
  • Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive results, and developing and executing against global launch plans to bring marketplace products to market
  • Experience partnering with product teams to identify and bring to market solutions for sellers
Preferred Qualifications
  • 12+ years professional experience
  • Experience in a start-up environment, Consulting, and/or Product Marketing
