We are looking for an experienced marketing leader to join Facebook’s Global Business Marketing team and lead the North America and Latin America business marketing strategy for Gaming advertisers. The role of the Global Business Marketing team is to articulate the Facebook for Business value proposition at scale. We believe that we can help turn great ideas into opportunities. The Head of Gaming Marketing, Americas, will be passionate about the Gaming industry, and about contributing to our clients’ and sales team’s success. The successful candidate must have strong experience leading and managing a team of individual contributors, as well as proven ability to build, manage and execute cross-channel marketing programs in a fast-paced company. In overseeing the Americas Gaming marketing strategy, they will partner with sales and product leadership to contribute to the Global Gaming business strategy. They will thrive in cross-functional teams and exhibit excellent leadership, positioning and prioritization skills.

Head of Gaming Marketing, Americas Responsibilities
  • Lead Business Marketing for Facebook advertising and platform capabilities for large and emerging gaming companies across mobile, console and real money gaming, in North America and Latin America
  • Manage a high-performing team, and closely collaborate with regional gaming marketing colleagues from around the world, to develop strategic positioning and cross channel marketing plans for gaming audiences based on market assessment, analysis, and understanding of client and company priorities
  • Lead development of integrated marketing plans that drive business relationships, solution adoption, scale, and revenue for North America and Latin America gaming companies
  • Lead the team in execution of multi-channel campaigns and industry events (including digital/virtual event strategies), co-ordinating with cross-functional teams including Sales, Industry, Events, Public Relations, Product Marketing, Measurement, Creative, and Insights
  • Contribute to and help build the culture of Facebook Gaming
Minimum Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree
  • 12+ years experience in business marketing and/or relevant professional experience working for a gaming publisher
  • Experience directly managing a team (5+ years) and developing people
  • Experience translating and communicating product and platform information into language built for clients
  • Experience in business objectives to marketing objectives translations, project leadership, and storytelling
  • Experience in advertising and/or marketing directly to clients through the full mix of marketing channels
  • Experience in leading senior-level stakeholder or client relationships
