The Messenger business team is focused on making Messenger the primary communications channel that connects people and businesses. Messenger makes it easy and convenient for customers to interact with businesses, and enables businesses to provide high-quality and cost-effective experiences to customer, from pre-sales to support and everything in between. We are growing fast as people look for alternatives to phone calls, emails, and other legacy channels to connect. We are investing aggressively to build products that are business-ready. We are looking for a seasoned product marketing leader to help us build our global strategy for how we reach and deliver value to enterprises. Our team works across the entire product lifecycle, partnering closely with Product, Comms, Brand, Sales, and other teams to shape product, win customers, and grow adoption. You will represent our customers and partners, deeply understanding their needs and our competitors to define our positioning and value propositions. You will lead creation of compelling content, programs, and solutions that help us reach our audiences in multiple industries. You will help align a range of cross-functional teams to lead our go to market strategy. You will play a key role in establishing a market-leading role for the new category of customer experiences we are enabling. You love tackling problems with no clear answers, generating qualitative and quantitative insights, and using data to build strategy and get people excited. You deeply understand enterprise sales, adoption, and growth cycles and B2B audiences. You know the important role that partners play in enterprise system adoption and have experience working with software, consulting, and strategy partners to accelerate and scale sales and adoption. You are excited to lead and influence cross-functional teams and complex projects, keeping workstreams on track, and delivering results.
Messenger Business Product Marketing Manager, Enterprise Responsibilities
Represent our customers and partners, deeply understanding their needs and how they make decisions.
Identify and evaluate market opportunities.
Develop strategy, prioritization, and marketing roadmap for the enterprise segment.
Communicate the strategy and drive cross-group alignment toward our goals.
Create and optimize customer-centric content, programs, and solutions that reach target audiences throughout each touch point of the customer journey.
Deeply understands enterprise sales, adoption, and growth cycles and B2B audiences and personas.
10+ years work experience in strategy consulting, product marketing, business development, sales operations, or equivalent function
Communicator with experience simplifying concepts and influencing executive audiences
Cross-functional experience collaborating with partners and managing stakeholders
Experience creating messaging hierarchies and frameworks to scale to multiple audiences (C level to developer)
Experience working with enterprise customers and external consulting and delivery partners
Experience working through a full lifecycle
Experience with partners in enterprise system adoption and have experience working with software, consulting, and strategy partners to accelerate and scale sales and adoption
Advertising, media or other B2B experience
Experience working in product marketing or product management (working closely with product team and/or sales)
