As Senior Channel Sales Representative you will be responsible for recruiting and enabling a team of channel partners who can drive new business. You have a proven track record of resales and partner relationships including setting, tracking and exceeding revenue targets. You will strategically drive partner strategy and engagement based on data-driven findings and you have the ability to independently source, develop, manage, and execute sales opportunities, across functional partnerships.  Your role is comprised of two parts 1) You will be responsible for the growth of targeted partners. 2) You will be supporting all partners as a point of contact to enhance the ability to partner with Nutanix.

You Will:

  • Provide bi-coastal support in the form of coaching and leadership to the Nutanix and partner sales teams
  • Work collaboratively with employees within Marketing, Sales Operations, System Engineering, and Product Development.
  • Participate in strategic planning sessions with channel partners and sales management team on a quarterly and annual basis. 
  • Act as a trusted and valued advisor to channel partners 
  • Communicate with senior managers about their business challenges and translate to Nutanix solutions.
  • Collaborate to develop plans including budget for enablement, marketing and partner GTM (go to market)
  • Achieve monthly, quarterly and annual sales targets

You Have:

  • 2-5 years sales experience with 1+ year Channel experience
  • Experience in commercial / velocity or SLED / (State, Local, Education) sales required, Storage/Networking/Virtualization or Infrastructure industries strongly preferred
  • IT Infrastructure knowledge: compute, storage, networking, virtualization, cloud
  • Experience cold-calling, prospecting into target accounts and training others
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills (both in-person and virtually)
  • Proven consistent achievement of goals and quota attainment


  • Fluent in Spanish
