Are you an experienced Director of Product Management with a passion for product strategy, people management, and creating products that delights customers?
The Customer Adoption Platform group is focused on making the New Relic platform accelerate customer adoption to millions of engineers with disruptive packaging, pricing, and onboarding/upsell experiences that better align with customer value and make it frictionless to get started. Our teams own the online buying experience, authentication, customer on-ramps, and usage-based billing.
Product strategy: Define a growth strategy informed by customer and market insights, data analysis, competitive landscape, and company direction.
Internal leadership: Use this strategy to align and partner with cross-functional leaders. Establish credibility and strong working relationships with senior leaders. Lead internal and external product promotion, education, and support.
Customer interactions: Proactively work with prospects and customers to learn about the problems they are trying to solve, build great relationships, and inform product direction.
People management: Mentor and develop PM's by understanding their career goals and providing opportunities for personal and professional growth.
Outcomes: Define business metrics to define success and build a culture focused on outcomes.
