The Sales Representative is responsible for contacting and building relationships with existing customers in the SMB-Mid Market space in order to secure a service contract/product renewal. Depending on the client engagement, the role may involve up-selling customers to longer terms or additional services and/or identifying potential expansion opportunities. By cultivating relationships with the customer base, this role is also responsible for capturing valuable customer feedback and will likely execute routine health checks leading up to the Renewal event. Additionally, the Renewal Rep is responsible for providing sales forecasts, obtaining quotes, performing customer research online, and updating/maintaining records in our customer relationship management (CRM) system.
