Bottom line, if you have a limitless drive and like to win, we want to talk to you!Rubrik is looking for a Compensation and Benefits Analyst to join our dynamic People Team that is passionate about building and scaling our Rewards programs to support Rubrik’s growth and high velocity.You will support ongoing benefits programs that support our employee’s health and wellbeing, in addition to helping to create a lasting impact on how Rubrik attracts, engages, and retains top talent through our compensation and equity programs. Where you can make an impact: Program Design & Delivery: Key player in design and delivery of our annual Total Rewards programs (Merit, Stock, Promotions, Bonus and U.S. open enrollment cycles). Contribute to building training and communications for Total rewards programs Develop dynamic tools and models to interpret and analyze data, simplify processes and scale programs Analytics & Systems: Analyze market data to assess competitiveness on cash, incentive, equity, benefits, and/or recognition programs Drive data gathering, reporting, and auditing, in support of all various Total Rewards projects Partner with HRIS and Total Rewards team in implementing Workday process improvements, annual compensation and benefit systems, and reporting metrics Operations: Manage equity audits and grants submission for stock grants process Responsible for salary and benefits survey submissions Review and maintain Rubrik’s Job Architecture. Conduct job audits and evaluations, and maintain job documentation Provide frontline support for employee benefit inquiries, partnering with benefits broker and/or benefits providers as needed Day-to-day support of benefits administration for medical, dental, vision, life, disability, FSA, COBRA, 401k, leave of absence and time off programs, etc. Maintain and audit employee enrollment processing and manage benefit group plan invoice processing Assist in compliance management such as ACA, 5500 reporting, 401(k) audit, plan document review and posting. Ideal background: Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience 2+ years of previous experience in compensation or benefits administration a plus Solid analytical skills (proficiency in advanced data modeling, working knowledge of how to leverage Tableau or other relevant tools is a plus) Strong interpersonal skills and effective communication skills with ability to collaborate and understand client and/or business partner needs and apply creative and logical solutions Thrive in fast-paced, evolving environment with a strong work ethic, independence, and problem-solving abilities with a high attention to detail Experience in HRIS and Compensation or Benefits Administrations systems; Workday experience a plus Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion
