About the team

The Engagement and Communications team leads the Zillow off-site experience end-to-end, from push notifications, to emails, to just-in-time information and actions, our unusual focus is to give our customers the right information at the right time in support of their home finding journey.

About the role

The Zillow Engagement and Communication team is looking for a creative and detail oriented Product Manager to lead reimagining how we connect customers to homes they’ll love and information they’ll need. The Engagement and Communications team obsess over growing and engaging customers at each stage of their Zillow journey: Getting them the best and most relevant updates at the right time, and helping them take high value actions to get into a home they love. As the product leader for this team you will:

 

Work at scale - We communicate to millions of customers a day, across multiple channels.

Drive projects with multiple dev teams, and partners across the company

Improve and scale Zillow’s world-class communications platform.

Who you are

Bachelor’s degree in a technical or design field

4+ years of consumer facing product/program management experience

Strong technical, UX, communication, analytics, and creative problem solving skills

Passion for new technology and mobile applications and devices

Creativity in coming up with outstanding experiences

Passion for understanding customers and underlying problems
