In this new and exciting role, you will act as the in-market product specialist, assisting revenue generation efforts by helping our sales team navigate technical and operational client questions and vetting technical requirements to confirm our potential clients fit. Be comfortable with challenging others, including prospective clients, to think differently about programmatic buying platforms, as well as expertly present and interact with senior level agency and brand executives.
Responsibilities

    Own the pre-sales technological relationship with the customer or prospect and lead the solution design conversations.
    Solicit business requirements, understand customer use-cases and use this knowledge to effectively demonstrate our products and solutions.
    Present product offerings and architecture with expertise, diving expertly into technical discussions as and when needed to resolve questions/objections and evoke confidence in Quantcast technology and products.
    Coordinate the conversation with product and engineering for any custom work needed for high value clients.
    Coordinate post-sale hand off to account management team with accurate documentation.
    Develop deep product expertise to become the go to resource for advanced RFI/RFP responses and other product questions.
    Act as eyes and ears of the product management team and communicate the desired customer outcomes, problems to be solved as the necessary context for feature requests from customers.
    Build and create help center articles in collaboration with CS addressing specific product features and technical challenges.
    Surface product areas in need of messaging/positioning and communicate those to the product marketing team.
    Work cross-functionally with sales, product management, product marketing and client services to ensure customer success.

Requirements

    BA/BS required
    4+ years of relevant client facing and/or sales experience in digital advertising or an equivalent field as a Product Specialist, Sales Engineer, Technical Consultant, Technical Account Manager, Product Manager, SaaS seller or Account Manager
    Sound knowledge of the underpinnings of how Internet-driven ad and marketing technology functions including deep understanding of performance marketing, site tagging, DMPs, DSPs and ad servers.
    Build a solid understanding of our customers - the motivations and tactics used by marketers and active curiosity about the industry and programmatic competitive set.
    Excellent verbal and written communication ability with experience addressing a wide ranging audience by adapting tone and content.
    Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to work cross functionally.
    Enjoy and be energised with the ambiguity and chaos that can sometimes come with the rapid pace start-up innovation
    Appreciation for and basic understanding of the Sales process
    Excellent note taking and feedback synthesis skills, translating to meaningful feedback to Product about customer needs and use case driven prioritization
