We are looking to hire a Senior Commissions Manager to lead and manage Druva’'s commissions programs globally. As a key business partner to Sales org, this individual will work across the organization and interact with members of Finance and Accounting as well as Sales Ops and Business Ops leaders within the company to drive Commission Plan payout and help define the process by which we as a company scale and grow.
Manage all commission compensation according to documented Commission Plan and ensure compensation is properly accounted for and settled in the appropriate timeframes
Maintain a deep understanding of compensation plans, and implement Xactly, or other similar commissions tools
Key member of the commission team to partner with CRO to provide guidance on global design, delivery of deployed plans, governance, controls, metrics and best practices on commission plans
Work cross functionally with Sales Ops / Business Ops / Finance / Accounting to ensure accuracy of data, inputs and calculations
Develop commission communication materials, train members in the sales org regarding commission calculations and policy changes as appropriate
Draft and maintain commission related policy and procedure documentation (Commission Plan)
Research comparable commission plans and ensure our commission plans are competitive and current industry trends
Support the sales team by resolving ad hoc commission payment inquiries
Conduct what-if scenarios for commission expense calculations
Experience in implementing Xactly or other similar commissions tools
Knowledge ASC 606
Strong communication, analytical, and interpersonal skills
Highly motivated and detail oriented
Ability to multi-task in a fast paced environment
Ability to work both independently and within a team to meet organizational objectives and deadlines
Demonstrated strategic thinking skills
Data Analytics certification is a plus
7+ years’ experience working in a financial/analytical capacity in sales and/or commissions analyst role
Superior excel skills and proficiency with complex financial models
Must be highly analytical with a comprehensive understanding of spreadsheets and pivot tables
High degree of proficiency with SFDC, Xactly or other compensation tools
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
