Life360’s rapidly growing team of 150+ employees is headquartered in San Francisco, with offices in San Diego, and Las Vegas. 


We are seeking an experienced and passionate Product Marketing Manager who will own the marketing strategy and execution for Life360’s core experience. In this role, you will own positioning, naming, competitive analysis, and go-to-market strategy for our new and existing core features. You will bring the customer perspective to every facet of the product, refining the product voice to build our family user base and retain their trust. You will work closely with cross-functional teams including PM, Design, Engineering, Data, Lifecycle Marketing, User Acquisition, PR and Social to bring your concepts to life.


Primary responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

  • Work closely with PM teams to guide product roadmap, develop product positioning and establish product market fit
  • Understand and cascade qualitative and quantitative insights to improve product voice, marketing messaging, and feature development 
  • Own go-to-market strategy & execution and collaborate with cross functional teams to meet deadlines while also producing high quality customer experiences
  • Work with Design to improve marketing optics in outbound (email, push, social), inbound (website) and in-app (IAM, settings) channels
  • Partner with Memberships PMM and Lifecycle Marketing to identify synergistic opportunities, optimize outbound/in-app marketing and refine customer segmentation
  • Thrive to improve user adoption and retention with actionable insights formed through testing, customer feedback, data and surveys
  • Be prepared to address project pivots in a fast-paced environment


We are looking for candidates with diverse backgrounds that will compliment the skills and backgrounds of the current team.   • 4+ years experience in product marketing, marketing or product development
  • Experience in creating marketing strategies and owning the end-to-end process from ideation to market entry
  • Thorough knowledge of marketing funnel, channel impact and customer/product life cycles
  • Experience in launching new products, setting and achieving key results
  • Strong communicator who excels in fast-paced and collaborative environments
  • Strong attention to detail and project management skills
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • BA/BS degree
  • Remote ok (Pacific Time zone preferred)
