THE ROLE:
Reporting directly to the Vice President, Sales Operations, you will drive efficiencies, consistency and sales operational compliance, aligning to our Code42 business objectives.

WHAT YOU’LL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR

  • Serve as project manager on a variety of sales operations projects lead teams to hit milestones and ensure project status & progress is communicated to stakeholders
  • Partner with technical teams to improve sales tools and automate as much as possible for sales manager coaching
  • Take a leadership role on the team to evaluate current business process and data issues to recommend new processes and governance models
  • Synthesize, consolidate and analyze complex data / information from a variety of sources. Identify and evaluate relevant issues to target improvements.
  • Evaluate business processes, anticipate requirements, uncover areas for improvement and develop and lead the implementation of solutions
  • Thoroughly document and communicate the results of your efforts
  • Conduct meetings and create presentations to share ideas and findings
  • Prioritize initiatives based on business needs and requirements.
  • Effectively manage competing resources and priorities with little supervision

WHAT YOU BRING:

  • Ideally you hold a bachelor’s degree along with 3-5 years’ experience leading and supporting projects
  • You are a problem solver and have the ability to present complex data and plans to diverse audiences
  • Communication and collaboration are important to you; you have the ability to partner effectively across all levels of the organization
  • You have experience in Excel, Powerpoint and sales tools such as Salesforce
