What You’ll Do

  • Serve as technical subject matter expert for NewsCred products, providing technical guidance for new and existing clients
  • Quickly analyze product requirements from customer and architect the CMP solution to drive long term adoption
  • Configure NewsCred's proprietary software platform for customers including supporting third party integrations, website development, and setting up analytics.
  • Carry out product training for new and existing client base.
  • Support and manage technical onboarding and implementation projects for new enterprise customers from post-signature project kickoff through the discovery, design, configuration and testing phases representing the first 60-120 days of their product experience.
  • Own technical workstreams for large-scale global deployment efforts while working closely with other professional services consultants and program managers on the projects
  • Work closely with Product Teams to maintain an in-depth understanding of the technology, integrating platforms and customer needs.
  • Responsible for channeling product feedback, both defects and enhancement requests, to the Product, Engineering and R&D Teams.
  • Collaborate with Technical and Product Teams to deploy new features and functionality during implementation or as part of designated services offerings

What You’ll Need

  • Proven technical project delivery success with at least 3-5 years of experience in SaaS and/or marketing technology companies
  • Experience working in CMS platforms such as WordPress, Drupal, Adobe Experience Manager, etc.
  • Familiarity with JSON, RSS, XML and rest-based API standards
  • Familiarity configuring Google Analytics (i.e GTM and UTM)
  • Skilled at working with clients to define business processes and gather functional system requirements
  • Experience configuring, testing and deploying native integrations and API applications for new and existing customers
  • Data architecture, management and mapping experience between SaaS systems and API
  • Experience with API development and data mapping as well as experience using iPaaS and middleware in API solutions
  • Ability to advise customer son integration capabilities and data governance to drive value and enterprise data integrity
  • Foundational understanding of the channels and technologies that support content marketing (social, amplification, marketing automation, CMS)
  • Proficient problem solver with the ability to understand the inner workings of complex systems
  • Quick learner capable of handling concurrent tasks in a fast paced environment with enthusiasm and willingness to constantly learn
  • Content Marketing experience is preferred, as is an understanding of the channels and technologies that support it (social, amplification, marketing automation)
  • Experience leading training on enterprise software and technical solutions
  • Excellent presentation and communication skills
  • Ability to present technical solutions to technical and non-technical audiences alike
  • Thrives in ambiguity & bringing order to complex situations and issues
  • Ability to drive multiple projects simultaneously with minimal direction
  • Willingness to travel (up to 25% of the time)
