We're looking for an extraordinary In-house Recruiter—someone who is not only able to source and hire top talent, but a strategic partner who can collaborate with the internal team and New Relic leaders to build and execute hiring strategy. You may be coming from an agency looking for your first internal role OR you may have 1-2 years in-house experience.
You will have a keen focus on sourcing (e.g. networking, internet research, cold calling, events & conferences) and recruiting of sales and technical hires. In addition to being a key recruiting partner located in our Sydney office, you should also have an interest in talent programs, employment branding, and analytics. As a key representative of New Relic Global Talent Acquisition, it is also important that you work closely and collaboratively with other New Relic People Operations teams.
Significant experience as a full-lifecycle recruiter with expert-level skills in Sales and technical Recruiting and Talent Sourcing ideally.
Demonstrated experience crafting and executing recruiting sourcing strategies and building a pipeline of diverse talent, including active and passive candidates
Experience handling and prioritizing multiple searches, projects and client relationships- pace is key
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Passion around social media, Internet research, and employment branding
Experience using data to solve problems, and knowledge of recruiting strategies and programs
Demonstrated ability to function as a collaborative partner across the broader People Operations organization and a solid grounding in human resources practices and solutions
Dedication to creating a stellar candidate experience for every candidate every time
Solid understanding of the Sydney and APJ labor market
Additional Language is a bonus
