Working with the Partner Sales organisation, you will use your technical expertise and eye for business to ensure our high-value partners are able to grow their business by using the full scope of our platform. You will evangelise our strategic direction and vision, help consulting partners build practices on our platform, work to support integration efforts with leading cloud providers and champion joint go to market strategies.
The successful candidate will be adept at working in an ecosystem of partners to drive exponential value for joint customers, will have outstanding relationship building skills and entrepreneurial attitude. They will have experience solving technical problems and articulating value.

What You’ll Do
Support the Business Development team and partners with opportunity qualification, demonstrations, design wins, Proof of Concept (POC), RFP responses & business justification in a presales capacity
Evangelise and enable partners on how our platform can help their customers accelerate business transformation through observability
Work closely with partners to identify revenue opportunities and build go to market strategies through technology integrations, marketplaces, services offerings and MSP offerings
Drive thought leadership through speaking at various industry conferences like Re:Invent, Kubecon, Google Next, SpringOne
Provide partner and customer feedback to our product management and engineering teams
Ensure timely resolution of partner issues by coordinating support responses
Maintain a deep understanding of the partner’s business as well as their technical environment
5 years + of technical pre-sales experience in SaaS, PaaS and/or IaaS companies
Experience in the monitoring and observability space including open source technologies like Prometheus, Grafana, Opencensus, ELK
Hands on experience working with Public Cloud platforms such as AWS, GCP or Azure
Exposure to DevOps, SRE practices, Cloud Adoption, Microservices and container orchestration
Clear understanding of cloud architecture, networking, Infrastructure as a Code, serverless computing
Strong presentation & negotiation skills
Excellent communication, critical thinking & analytical skills
Bachelor's degree in Engineering/Computer Science or equivalent
