Programmatic Executive at 9GAG

We’re looking for an experienced Programmatic Executive with a deep understanding of programmatic ad operations. Candidates with more experience will be considered for a Programmatic Manager role.
 
This person should have hands-on experience with ad serving, header bidding, price floor optimizations, campaign management, and revenue reporting. The ideal candidate is analytical, data-driven, and able to thrive in a fast-moving start-up environment. 
 
Responsibilities
  • Manage day-to-day programmatic ad operations
  • Own day-to-day ad tech partner relationships
  • Assist in managing new partner integrations
  • Responsible for reporting, including revenue and yield management
  • Develop operational best practices and documentation
  • Monitor and maintain ad quality across our platform
  • Work closely with our sales team to execute programmatic and direct-sold campaigns, including campaign launch, management, and client reporting

 Requirements
  • Self-motivated with the ability and willingness to work in a remote-first organization
  • At least 2-4 years experience in ad operations for a publisher, ad agency or ad tech platform
  • Intimate knowledge of Google Ad Manager and other third-party ad servers
  • Direct experience managing publisher side programmatic technology including header bidding, SSPs, ad exchanges, and DMPs
  • Strong experience in planning, trafficking, executing, and optimizing direct and programmatic campaigns
  • Mastery of MS Excel and other relevant programs
  • Fluency in spoken and written English required
