In Your New Role:

As a Senior Product Manager at StyleSeat, you will own the product and the customer’s experience from beginning to end. This includes collaborating on strategic direction, ideation, prioritization, partnering with engineers to build and launch, all while learning from customers and analyzing data to keep StyleSeat on the cutting edge of technology for the beauty industry.

What you’ll be responsible for:

  • Own and define how StyleSeat will become the next big Consumer brand
  • Deeply understand your customers and identify top needs, to solve for thorough research and analysis 
  • Take full ownership of the product and drive solutions from inception to impact
  • Rally a team of cross-functional partners to identify and deliver high-value products
  • Drive continuous-value to the community and the business through iterative product development
  • Define and analyze metrics to inform decisions and measure success
  • Conduct user research to identify and validate product initiatives 
  • Inspire through well-defined vision, strategy and insights 
  • Keep our community first, while moving fast with optimal results


  • 7+ years of product management experience with mobile apps and web products
    • 2+ years of which, would ideally be in building B2B2C marketplace or consumer products
  • Experience in Lean, user-centric and insight-driven product development methodologies
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative, dynamic environment 
  • An owner-mindset


  • Experience leading consumer growth efforts including acquisition, A/B testing, funnel optimizations, etc.
  • Experience driving user growth, scale-acquisition channels, driving traffic, conversion optimization etc.
  • Experience building and validating new product initiatives
