Job Summary:

As a member of the Talent Acquisition team with responsibilities for both US and International locations, the Senior Manager, Compensation will be a key partner to the business. The role will be responsible for managing major compensation processes including merit planning, grading/market pricing and compensation survey management.

Reporting to the Director of Talent Acquisition, the focus of this position will include: the range of simplifying and improving our compensation practices, administration, strategic communications, and process excellence all through the lens of how to attract and retain the talent needed for our organizational evolution. The role supports the development and implementation of company policies and processes, globally. This role will partner with both internal HR teams, management, and appropriate external resources.

Responsibilities:

    Design, implement and roll out an enhanced job architecture platform that standardizes job mapping across the regions, is compliant with local labor laws, facilitates career planning and performance management initiatives, and is representative of true market benchmarking.
    Execute and contribute to Reputation.com’s global compensation vision and strategy with compensation structures that enable Reputatoin.com to attract, retain, and grow world class talent.
    Manage the annual Global merit and promotions planning process, including merit and promotional budgets, systems, decision making and compensation communications
    Ensure that we are competitive through job gradings/evaluations
    Manage our Global grade structure and pay ranges
    Continuously improve compensation processes globally, including leveraging technology
    Ensure legal compliance including FLSA and minimum wage legislation/regulations
    Stay abreast of changes to legislation and competitive practices that impact compensation
    Partner with other key stakeholders within HR and related functions (including HRIS, benefits, recruitment, HR business partners, payroll, IT, finance, legal) in the US and Internationally
    Make recommendations and decisions that impact financial forecasts and results.
    Perform proactive data analytics to support various compensation assessments initiatives and provide recommendations to HR and business leadership.
    Perform ad-hoc market pricing and pay range analysis to inform compensation structures.
    Proactively develop and recommend creative and collaborative solutions for resolving compensation-related issues.
    Support internal and external audits of compensation related matters.
    Identify metrics that indicate the success of Reputation.com’s compensation programs.
    Develop stakeholder communications on strategic initiatives’ progress, risks and results.
    Monitor the competitiveness of our current compensation through annual survey participation and continuous benchmarking of roles within the markets in which we compete for talent.

Qualifications:

    Bachelor's degree preferably in HR, Finance, Accounting, or related discipline
    Compensation certification is a plus
    5-7+ years of progressive experience in compensation
    Working knowledge of HCM software (Workday a plus!) and data reporting and manipulation
    Microsoft Office including Word, PowerPoint, and demonstrated advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel (including pivot tables, VLOOKUP's, advanced formulas, and use of VBA/macros)
    The ideal candidate is a subject matter expert in compensation principles, practices, and analysis CCP, CSCP a plus

    3+ years compensation experience with countries other than the US, notably India, UK, Germany and Australia
    Ability to lead and persuade with data, utilizing analytics to highlight insights and drive improvements for compensation processes and programs
    Proven ability to collaborate with and influence partner teams and leadership
    Experience working with International teams
    Effective collaboration and influencing skills
    Project management skills
