Job Summary:

As an Account Executive, you will be responsible for identifying and building new business in the auto dealer segment. You are committed to winning and competitive spirit runs in your blood. You have a unique ability to uncover customer needs and drive consensus across all stakeholders, regardless of the level. You are curious by nature, self-motivated and possess a relentless drive and initiative to win – anything it takes to close a deal!


    Promote and its core products with the end goal of creating value for customers and collecting new revenue.
    Manage relationships for each prospect by fact finding, follow up, identifying customers' needs, presenting pricing options, overcoming objections.
    Interact with decision makers such as General Managers and Dealer Principles , cultivating a lasting business relationship with these contacts
    Ensure that monthly, weekly, yearly sales goals are met or exceeded
    Focus on new business development, while maintaining customer relationships
    Provide accurate forecasting and develop weekly and monthly sales plans to manage the sales funnel.
    Phone and email communication utilized daily to achieve sales goals.
    Intro into pipeline management
    Developing knowledge of the region
    Ongoing assistance in prospecting & closing new deals
    Ability to forecast 15-30 days into the future
    Adept knowledge of SFDC and our sales process.
    Additional duties as assigned.


    1+ years prior sales experience (within a Software/High Tech company is a plus).
    Excellent track record of exceeding quota.
    Experience managing and closing complex deals.
    Ability to independently develop and create a pipeline.
    Ability to adapt to changing circumstances and initiatives.
    Ability to drive consensus internally and work well in a team.
    Experience using or other CRM.
