Evolution of the Role
We would expect that the jobholder would initially spend significant time getting acquainted with the existing BAU services (e.g., phone consultation flow) currently offered to Private Equity firms. The jobholder would have to spend significant time internally developing a holistic understanding of the business as well as meeting representatives and decision-makers from various client organizations.
In the medium term the jobholder would be ultimately accountable for revenue delivery of one of our key segments owning full responsibility for people leadership, team management and business performance. We believe there is still significant opportunity for deepening and broadening our reach for our traditional product offering within the existing client portfolio, which warrants attention and effort in the short term. At a later stage the role is likely going to shift to more strategic long-term initiatives including work-flow optimization, product and service line development and segment specific technology implementation for the group of clients in question.
