Who You Are

You have a passion for and a deep understanding of the consumer life cycle in retail/media across acquisition, monetization, and retention. You understand the complexity, KPIs, and success factors for managing your brand presence and acquisition in an omnichannel approach. You hear the word “Brand” and light up. You understand and can explain the power of data and AI in winning the market. You love crafting compelling product stories and marketing narratives, working with people, navigating
ambiguity mixed with complexity, and driving clarity. You are curious and bring positive, can-do-it energy to the team!

What can you tell your friends when they ask you what you do?

I manage the go-to-market strategy for the world’s leading mobile market SaaS data analytics platform. I am a subject matter expert in my vertical, understand our customer's needs, pain points, and opportunities, and can clearly articulate how our product portfolio will help them win in the market. I have a significant influence on the product marketing strategies for the company. Every day I get to partner with senior product, design, marketing, and sales leadership.

You will be responsible for and take pride in….

●Product Go-To-Market Enablement

●Liaise closely with Product and Sales to develop product adoption and sales enablement plans

● You will lead in developing outstanding marketing strategy and groundbreaking go-to-market plans for future releases and content, you will be at the core of the decision-making

● Define the set of activities and content for each product launch; from messaging, positioning, and marketing channel selection to content for training material and strategic account activities

● Build and evolve product positioning and key messaging for use in external communications

● Coordinate closely with the sales enablement team on new product and feature introductions by providing critical input and guidance (webinars, call scripts, FAQs, enablement videos, etc.)

● Manage the creation of collateral and assets for Product Marketing

● Unlock the most compelling reasons to buy for both primary and secondary stakeholders

● Monitor usage, feedback, and success of marketing collateral to inform future project prioritization and iteration of existing collateral Management and Cross-functional Collaboration

● Drive customer marketing initiatives and programs and work VERY cross-functionally with marketing, product, sales, and customer success teams Competitive Research

● Conduct market research to understand where we fit relative to the competitors, feed in the output to marketing plans, and product messaging, and inform Product and Sales teams on learnings

● Be the industry expert, conducting ongoing market research to identify industry-specific opportunities for positioning, differentiation, and growth

You should recognize yourself in the following...

● You understand the mobile B2B2C journey with lots of experience telling stories/value propositions

● 6+ years of relevant professional experience AND 2+ years of experience marketing retail/digital/QSR consumer products, subscription, and/or entertainment services

● Experience participating in dynamic product rollout processes

● You have worked closely with Sales and Marketing to develop GTM strategy

● You have worked closely with product teams to develop a product strategy

● You have been a Customer Success Manager or a Solution Engineer in mobile/digital

● Ideally, you are currently involved in product marketing at a company that builds and sells a SaaS-delivered analytics platform

● BA/BS (or equivalent) from a top-tier university

● 100% digital aware: always on the watch for new innovative ways and tactics to improve our online reach

● Excellent communication and presentation skills, and extremely comfortable presenting and speaking in front of a room

● Demonstrated ability to manage multiple tasks/projects simultaneously

● Self-starter and entrepreneurial with the ability to learn quickly and thrive under pressure in a fast-paced and shifting environment
