Fandom is growing! Our Software Engineer II opportunity is based in Poland, and reports to our Manager of Software Engineering.
Our Ad Operations Engineering team is a fan of building some of the biggest fan knowledge bases in the world, including communities built around pop culture phenomena like Star Wars, Minecraft, Marvel Comics, and thousands of others.
We are looking for skilled software engineers that are not afraid of experimenting with new features on such a scale. You could use our diverse stack based mostly on open source and JavaScript oriented technologies but is broad enough for almost any software engineer. We pick the right tool for the right job including Typescript, NodeJs, Java, Python, Docker, k8s, AWS Lambdas, Varnish.
On a daily basis you will work in a Scrum environment in a team of up to 7 engineers working autonomously on the part of our platform.
