As’s Sr Sales Manager you will be tasked with developing a world class sales organization. The Sr Sales Manager will serve as a strategic partner to the VP of Sales, and be a pivotal component to’s growth trajectory. You will be accountable for New Business Bookings growth, sales playbooks and workflows, and building a team with high talent density. This hire will have the unique opportunity to integrate and expand the growing sales force to drive customer and revenue growth.

To ensure we execute on our values we are looking for someone who has a passion for:

  • Lead’s new business sales organization and outcomes; own revenue scale and associated sales funnel metrics.
  • Oversee all new business sales for across the America West
  • Develop and implement revenue growth strategies with the Executive team and the ongoing development of an effective and scalable sales organization.
  • Serve as a key member of the GTM team, leading and representing the company, developing and contributing to the high-performance culture.
  • Being accountable for all revenue generation processes and driving integration and alignment between all new business functions.
  • Recruit, build and scale a high performing sales team of A players that can meet short-term bookings goals and scale for long-term success; develop training and talent retention strategies.

  • 10+ years of experience in Sales leadership for category-defining Enterprise SaaS products, preferably both web-based and mobile, developing and implementing new markets, channels and other strategic relationships and building and optimizing predictive revenue models.

  • Domain expertise in one or more: Data Products, AI, Web Applications, Mobile Apps, APIs, Enterprise B2B products serving multiple Verticals in global markets.
  • Combination of large and small company experience is ideal but the proven ability to scale in an entrepreneurial, rapid growth environment is a must.
  • Strong executive presence; highly influential both externally with customers and partners as well as at the senior management level within
  • Self-starter and entrepreneurial with ability to learn quickly and thrive under pressure in a fast paced and shifting environment.
  • Deep desire to understand the value that’s products provide customers and drive the improvement of that value in collaboration with the Product team every day.


$128,800 - $218,500 (base salary)
We also provide quarterly commission plan with potential accelerators

Individual pay decisions are based on several factors, including qualifications for the role, experience level, skill set, location, and balancing internal equity relative to other employees. Candidates offered roles will be in the range based on these factors.
