The Opportunity
The receptionist will be the first main point of contact in the office. The ideal candidate will always maintain the utmost professionalism, have a very positive attitude and will be in charge of maintaining a friendly and welcoming dynamic front office atmosphere.
Your Role
  • Receive and direct incoming calls to appropriate personnel per company policy
  • Provide information to callers and visitors and respond to queries
  • Monitor and screen office main voicemail
  • Greet and announce clients, applicants, and visitors with a high level of professionalism
  • Follow security procedures for checking in guests, suppliers, and other visitors
  • Contact host/company escorts as needed
  • Assists with scheduling lobby board room or other conference rooms as needed
  • Maintain neat appearance of reception/lobby area
  • Request building and housekeeping services as needed
  • Assist employees and administration team with special projects
  • Maintain a list of services including transportation sources, accommodations, and referral contacts
  • Assist with receipt of goods/services
  • Other duties as assigned
