As a Technical Support Engineer you will have direct contact with present and future users. You will be responsible for solving complex technical problems and responding to all product questions via email and phone. You will be a part of professional team focused on delivering the high quality IT support that our customers expect and need.

Essential Functions

  • Deliver quick and relevant technical support of the storage software products,
  • Gain current data about reported problems and look for solutions based on internal and external sources.

Requirements

  • Strong knowledge of Linux and Windows systems,
  • Knowledge about basic network issues,
  • Experience of NAS/SAN systems - understanding crucial terms and implications of the particular choices;
  • At least 2 years of experience on similar position in IT industry,
  • Strong customer orientation,
  • Excellent communication skills and sociable attitude,
  • Reliability and precision during task performing.
